WELDO is seeking passionate Reintegration Counsellors to support returnees as they rebuild their lives with dignity in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Peshawar.

You’ll provide one-to-one counselling, develop reintegration plans, and connect beneficiaries to psychosocial, legal, and economic support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured reintegration counselling sessions
• Identify vulnerabilities and create tailored Reintegration Plans
• Coordinate with psychologists, legal officers, and business mentors
• Maintain accurate case documentation and progress reports

Preferred Experience

• Background in social work, counselling, migration, or case management
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Experience with international or NGO programmes (preferred)
