WELDO is seeking experienced Clinical Psychologists to join our psychosocial support team under national reintegration and behaviour-change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed individual and group counselling.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and design intervention plans.
• Collaborate with Reintegration Counsellors and Field Teams.
• Maintain confidential case records and provide progress reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
• 3 + years of counselling or trauma-care experience.
• Familiarity with reintegration or community wellbeing projects.
